Mr. Fred Williams, the owner and founder of Cast-A-Note, possesses extensive experience from his distinguished career in education. A retired educator, who has served in multiple capacities, including elementary teacher, community agent, counselor, assistant school principal, and interim principal. ​He possesses a rich educational background, having served in both traditional and charter schools. His innovative roles and contributions include acting as a community agent to address challenges between schools and the community, as well as fulfilling the role of a substance abuse counselor to work with students whose parents faced substance abuse . Furthermore, he served as a trained peer mediator for his school district and president of Michigan County Wide Advertising. This company specialized in incentives and awards for K-12 grades, with over 1,000,000 products sold.
